Having all of our quarterly meetings go virtual, we wanted to include a session of Yoga for our attendees before they sat in front of their screens all day. Dina put together a perfect class that worked well for all, even if they had no prior Yoga experience.
Her calming voice and easy to follow cues made for a perfect pre meeting session. You can’t go wrong with Dina
I have been enjoying Dina’s weekly online Yoga classes via Zoom for the past couple months. Dina is great at showing different angles and options for each pose, so that I know I am in the correct positions. Although I keep my camera off, I still feel connected during the practice as Dina is offering suggestions and reminders throughout. I feel relaxed and energized after each practice . It is a great way to stretch and get the blood flowing!
What a great addition to our work day, I truly look forward to our weekly sessions with Dina. She focuses not only on body but mind as well. She brings attention to our breathing practices and just how important they are. Knowing that everyone’s limitations are different, Dina shows alternate poses which fit everyone’s needs. She is very calming which makes the session both energizing and soothing all at the same time. Since we are virtually practicing her personality shines though i.e., since she can’t hear our feedback while practicing, she speaks for us. It is awesome.
I would like to thank Dina for her yoga classes that she completed every Friday to the Finance group at Yale University. As you can imagine, when COVID-19 hit us, there were many individuals faced with anxiety, fear and instability. Dina took us away from all of that once a week and gave us a place to relax and think about ourselves, just for a moment. The thought she put into every session was evident by understanding our remote work environments. The breathing, postural work and meditation provided a renewed sense of purpose and relaxation. I, for one, looked forward to every Friday at noon and feel far better than when I began the class. Dina spoke to all levels of capability and offered alternatives for those less experienced. I would highly recommend Dina’s classes to anyone. She really has an enthusiasm and love of yoga that is shown through her teachings. She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Dina – it was a pure pleasure to share these classes with you weekly.
