Coaching + yoga = a perfect match!
I believe yoga has the power to transform.
Enjoy a combination of coaching sessions with private yoga sessions interspersed. This process allows you to fully express yourself during our discussions while exploring the powerful effects of learning to using your body as your greatest navigational tool.
You’ll learn to understand your body’s unique language, learn how to release long held physical tension and experience the yoga poses and practices that will most effectively guide you towards your happiest and most fulfilling life.
This package is for you if you wish to learn how to use your yoga practice to explore your life in more depth utilizing the inherent wisdom of your body. If you do not currently have a regular yoga practice but wish to start, hop on board and we’ll start at the beginning
We will meet twice each month for 6 months.
- 8 of those sessions will be private coaching
- 4 of those sessions will be dedicated to your yoga practice.
In between our sessions I will shower you with inspiration! We will have email conversations so we can celebrate your insights, revelations, trials and triumphs. I will be in your corner, cheering you on, checking in with you, holding you accountable, sometimes pushing you and always reminding you of your phenomenal progress and innate awesomeness.
Yoga and coaching can truly be a magical combination but not meant for everyone.
