I am excited to offer both virtual and in-person offerings, ensuring you can pick an option that suits your needs.  If you would like to take a class on your schedule, pick an on-demand class on Vimeo.  You can tailor the practice to suit exactly what your body and mind are craving.  If you prefer to join me live, log on for a live-streamed class that you can enjoy in your own home, or come down to Thrive in Crested Butte and join me for a studio class.

An invigorating but calming practice that is different each time. We’ll focus on clean alignment, strength, balance and stability as well as enjoy long, juicy stretches. You’ll leave class inspired to have your best day (and life) ever.

Live at Thrive

Tuesdays 5:30-6:45 pm MST

Join me at the Thrive Yoga Crested Butte studio for a live class.  With the current health safety guidelines, classes are limited to 9 yogis, so please register in advance and bring your own props.  The format of this class is very similar to my Strong, Sweet and Slow classes.

Stiff Men’s Club

Virtual via Zoom

Thursdays 4:00-5:15 pm MST

Just for the guys! All the intimidation of being in a traditional yoga class (virtual or otherwise) melts away as this class is designed with you stiff guys in mind. Come prepared to laugh while you feel better in your body, one stiff layer at a time.

Dina’s virtual classes are unique in that she is easily accessible before, during and after class to address any questions or concerns you may have.  She also happily takes (yoga related) requests!
