- 1.5-hour sessions in my fully equipped private studio.
- A thorough assessment of your needs and desired outcome for your new or existing yoga practice; tips and tools regarding how yoga can improve the quality of your physical body as well as your emotional health.
- A practical and sustainable home routine carefully designed to suit your needs. Expect a written sequence, photos, short videos; whatever you need to help you remember the work we do together and get the most out of your package.
- Encouragement to call or email me between your sessions to ask questions or to get a dose of inspiration.
